West Suffolk Council Announces Consultation on Local Plan.

Your chance to see what the future development of West Suffolk might look like.

Yesterday the 24th May -- 117 pensioners of West Row collected their annual payment awarded by the ANCIENT PARISH of MILDENHALL CHARITIES

The ANCIENT PARISH of MILDENHALL CHARITIES distributes a payment to all pensioners each year.

The docoment below gives information about how you can obtain yours.

The Parish Council is pleased to announce that they have recieved a letter from Terry Waters outlining his kind offer of cutting the ivy off the

mature trees in the village.

We have many mature trees in and around the village that are being swamped by ivy, and we are aware that eventually the ivy will kill the trees.

The Parish Council is grateful for this kind act that can only improve our village environment.

Over the Platinum Jubilee period there will be the following changes to bin collections in West Row as below.

Thursday 2nd June ( grey bin )                    moved to Saturday 4th June 2022

Thursday 9th June ( blue & Brown bin )       moved to Friday 10th June 2022

Today we had contractors in to clean the War Memorial, and again they did a great job.

Practice sessions will be every Monday evening at West Row Bowls Club at 7pm  for rehersals of the special anthum to be sung at the Queens Platinum Jubillee celebration event in the village -- 2nd to 4th June..
