Speeding Devices

The Parish Council recognises that there is an issue with speeding through our village, and as a result we have purchased 3 Speed Indicator Devices.

These 3 devices can be deployed across 5 locations at present.

The Green

Mildenhall Road

Hurdle Drove

Chapel Road

Pott Hall Road

We now have a device installed on Pott Hall Road complete with a solar panel to assist with the battery life.

The devices we have purchased, record vehicle movements and speeds in both directions, but only display speed and messages to incoming vehicles.
